WE DESIGN THE PROJECT IN A PERSONALISED WAY

Each project needs completely customised and adapted technical characteristics, therefore, our R + D + I team work on the adaptation of all our products to the needs of the project ensuring the integrity and safety of the product.

The lighting columns manufactured by Polylight Columns have two main parts: shaft and base. In addition, we can include accessories to the columns that allow adaptation for different uses: luminaires, surveillance cameras, photovoltaic panels, etc.

TYPE OF SHAFT

Very resistant to weather conditions anywhere, flexible because they allow slight movements, recovering their original shape after the storm, and thanks to their components, the weight of these masts is light. Diameters of base and tip according to needs. Location of doors, resizing of the motherboard and distance between bolts. Heights from 1 metre. Different kinds of deformations I, II, III with movement recovering its original shape.

Our columns are designed to offer a solution adapted to each type of project. The columns can be fastened to the surface through embedding, inserting a part of the shaft into the concrete itself, or anchoring with a base plate produced entirely in GRP, without the presence of metals.
